My name is Pia and I am the owner and baker for my small local business, The Baking Hen.

I am 23 years old and I’ve called Bishop's Stortford home for my whole life.

I started The Baking Hen because I wanted to bring something special to our growing community I’ve lived in for so long. I’m a big believer that things taste better when they are made at home, so everything you see in my weekly boxes are cracked, stirred, and baked by me.

Bringing back small businesses that care for good quality and caring bakes. Every box is baked right in Bishop's Stortford in the house that I have lived in my whole life. All are made to order, and delivered by me to you.
